Exchange and Return Policyfrom the Lotus Abstract Art

At Lótus Arte Abstrata, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. To maintain the credibility gained with consumers, we have an exchange and returns policy in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code. Our goal is to provide effective, agile and, above all, satisfactory negotiation.

1. Changes to Orders:

We do not make changes to orders that have already been completed. If you need to make any changes to your order, such as  address or any other information, please contact our team viaWhatsApp: (11) 99158-0976 and inform the need for change. In this case, your order will be canceled and payment will be refunded. 

2. Return due to regret/withdrawal:

If, upon receiving the product, you decide to return it due to regret, you can do so within 7 calendar days, counting from the date of receipt, observing the following conditions:

 

- The product must not show signs of use.

- The product must be sent in the original packaging.

- The refund of the total amount paid will be made as soon as the product arrives at our studio. Remembering that the deadline for returns and exchanges is 7 days.

3. Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange a product, you must do so within 7 days from the date of receipt. In this case, it will be necessary to return the product, observing the following conditions:

- The product must not show signs of use.

- The product must be sent in the original packaging.

- The refund of the total amount paid for the item you wish to exchange will be made as soon as the product arrives at our studio. After receiving the refund, you will be able to make a new purchase on our website with the desired specifications, if it is of interest to you.

4. Defective/Faulty Product:

If, upon receiving the product, you identify any defect or damage, please contact our team immediately viaWhatsApp (11) 99158-0976. To return a defective product, observe the following conditions:

 

- The product must be sent in the original packaging.

- If you agree to receive a new order/product, it will be packed and sent to the carrier.

- The delivery time after shipping remains the same as the previous purchase. If you do not agree with the deadline or method of shipping the new order/product, you can request cancellation of the order and a refund/refund.

- It is important to highlight that most possible defects/damages occur during transport. If you choose to receive a new product and it is defective or damaged, the purchase will be canceled and payment will be refunded immediately.

Important informations:

- The first shipment (from the client to Lótus Arte Abstrata) is the responsibility of Lótus Arte Abstrata. You have up to 7 calendar days from the date of receipt to send the product to us. Returning the product (from Lótus Arte Abstrata to the customer) is also our responsibility.

 

- It is essential that the registration address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for zip codes, streets, neighborhoods, numbers and different complements. If the information is not correct, the product will automatically be returned to us.

 

- In locations with delivery restrictions or after three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the product will be available for collection at the nearest carrier/post office for 5 calendar days. After this period, the order will be returned to us. If you wish to resend the product, the new shipping costs will be borne by you.
